Does ADP have work from home option?

I am currently working in CitiCorp as Java Spring Boot Developer

YOE - 6 Years 10 Months
CTC - 12.6 LPA
I am looking for a permanent wfh as its boon for women employees, i felt this will help to manage both family and work,pregnancy times, post maternity i feel WFH will give lot of support. I need all ur helping hands to guide me with good companies. i am scared about "Job Security" for wfh employees though i am very workaholic and work for almost more than 15hrs per day

People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?

I have got offer letter from pwc sdc (bangalore) my joining date is 6 th june.
I have not recieved any confirmation regarding laptop delivery,Wfh or wfo.
I have asked from my HR so ge mentioned please be ready,You MAY need to work from office as per business requirements.
And my colleagues who have been hired through same process have got mail already regarding laptop delivery and wfh.
I am confused 😕

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.
