Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).

Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

I don’t work there. I work with someone who once worked there in IT. I hear they are worst. Bad management, low pay, poisonous overall.
The reviews you saw might confirm this. Stay away if you can.
Kindercare is a toxic environment. When I worked there years ago, employees were pressured to enroll their young children in its day care. I chose not to as no Kindercare locations were conveniently located to work or to my home and my partner’s mother was caring for our child during the day.. Then I learned a coworker was disciplined because her child bit another child at one of the daycare centers. HR leadership was great for a bit and then became horrible. Initially there were two managers, one was great and the other was awful. The awful one, let’s call her “Bunny”, took over the entire team when the good one was promoted to a different group. Bunny encouraged a hostile, toxic environment. She called in employees for 1-1 meetings to gossip about other employees on the team. We had two pregnant coworkers. One was pressured to travel to remote areas while eight months pregnant by Bunny. The other one had her baby and Bunny denied her to take her child to medical appointments or to use the lactation room regularly. This woman often went six hours or more without pumping and would leak milk onto her clothes, We all felt badly for her. Bunny eventually asked us to track how much time this woman spent in the lactation room on the rare occasions she was allowed to use it. Someone told the woman she was being watched and she became very upset. Last I heard she filed a complaint against Bunny and Bunny retaliated against the employee and the employee soon left. Fortunately Senior Leaders came to their senses and eventually fired Bunny.
I know someone in HR, does that help? You would get free childcare…. It’s very corporatey is what I have been told
