Where’s the line between giving your leaders the benefit of the doubt vs this pattern is pretty dang toxic? I don’t want to leave but I’m so exhausted by the gate-keeping, the self-interest of leaders lacking any kind of employee first mentality, and the lip service of “we want to make this the best place to work.” I’m being told I’m under-utilized but when I try to bring more to the table, I’m either given empty promises or immediately dismissed. - I’m severely burnt out on trust-fails.

They get to work you to the bone because you are home and they don’t need to buy you pizza every other month to pretend they care.

6.5 YOE going to HC for an L4 Supply Chain role in the Bay. Based on my research and people I know I was going to target $250k TC. Does 140k salary, 21k bonus (15%), and $350k in equity feel right?
