Does anyone have insights on TD Securities in London?

I received a Corporate Coverage offer there, and the pay seems off-market compared to other banks—almost too good to be true. The London team is small (Coverage, DCM, FX, M&A), and opportunities seem limited outside of coverage progression.

Do they offer chances to relocate to Asia, which is my long-term plan? Alternatively, would it be feasible to lateral into DCM or M&A after a year or two, and would it be easier as an Associate or VP?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
