For 🐠🐟 that live in the Circle C area, is there really a difference between Circle C proper vs. the surrounding neighborhoods (e.g. Circle C North)? Or are we basically just paying a premium for the name?

If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery.
