Hi All, just joined. Looking for some salary feedback. I am a risk analyst/credit analyst working for BMO. I working in commercial lending. I am in my fourth year of working post University. I currently make a base salary of $75K plus a 12% bonus. Looking to get salary insight on other roles/companies in this field of work.

Totally depends on the firm, location, and if there’s a bonus involved, but in general, you would probably be looking at the $90K-$130K base range, with total comp pushing higher if bonuses are strong. Are you looking at a specific firm or just getting a general sense?
It depends on how much exp. you have. Entry level to even mid level (5 years exp.) analysts in NYC can be anywhere from 80k to 160k depending on undergrad degree, institution and any lic. you might have. Bonus, incentive comp can really vary. ,and add up.
I would ask for no less than 120k for that role, especially given the cost of living in NYC.
