Take this with a grain of salt, but this is what I’ve heard:
Guaranteed minimum ~300K
New partner ~400K
Experienced partner: highly variable, but can reach ~1M after ~5 years
that's more like base. all in will be more even for a new partner.

The short real answer:
Partnership at ZS is more lucrative than b4 more quickly. Probably similar to t2 strat shops. Not quite as good as MBB.
My understanding is that year 1 would be around $450K, quickly growing from there ($1M+ by year 5-6).
That said, path to get there is a long one -- we tend to promote on the slower side
