Does anyone know if the provident fund component of the salary structure is employee contribution or employer contribution ?

If it is employee contribution it is good because employer will pay separately.

If it is employer contribution.. an additional pf amount will be deducted from our basic+fcp.

I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
