PCB II is usually for people that need to go through licensing (s6, s63) once you finish licensing you’re a PCB I.
Idk where people are getting the base salaries from… base is very low but the incentive plan is where you make the money on the retail side… expect between 50-60 base… there’s a 1k per month guarantee or 1.5k per month guarantee for the first 12 months…as a pcb I generally have 3-4K pvc’s per month equalling between $4500-$6000 per month in incentive pay… I’d anticipate all in salary+ bonus in the 100k-120k range once you’re settled into the role.
Basically, PCB I is essentially fully onboarded (training done etc).
And yeah that sounds about right for base…
On plus side, once you’re about 2-3 months in you’ll be hitting $3000 per month.
You're in the ballpark of $82k or so. This is about 20k less than the average Client Banker II. Big name on your resume but make sure you're negotiating for fair pay.
I’m already internal that’s the only thing lol…
I would ask for no less than 82k. Depending on how many years of experience you have, you may be able to ask for more.
I’m internal, think I could get more than that? I’m making around that in my current role
