On Glassdoor I am only seeing Product Manager salaries, not Product Owners (roles are very similar but there are differences). And when I look at Senior Manager salaries they’re all over the place based on department, and most listed are in Consulting Services or other business units not in IFS-IT. TIA!

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. Received an offer today…really like the company and role but,
They offered me less than what I’m making now, I’m currently fully remote and this role would be hybrid, meaning I would have increased gas costs and clothing costs as well.
The positives are that they pay for relocation and offered a 10k sign-on bonus (although I would have to pay back if I leave before two years).
