Hi everyone!!! Last year I put together a list of classrooms to exchange valentines with! We mailed 1 valentine to each class and included a picture if we could, and a few things about where we live and things we do!
I currently have 13 classes signed up! The more the merrier!!
We have classes CA, WI, PA, KS, TX, RI, MI, Canada, New Zealand.
I have a form to fill out if you are interested! I will email everyone the list probably at the end of the week if not sooner!

One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

Lack of task clarity + far away due date + large amount of work + high planning needs = Stressed out disaster
I feel ya 😑
Large projects are inherently confusing and PMO, no matter how well intentioned they are, paired with the client’s organization culture and lack of knowledge of how to execute larger programs, often leads to a toxic mix. People trying to throw others under the bus for their own benefit…it can be a shit show for sure!
I struggle more with multiple small projects at the same time vs. one large one. Juggling is the death of me
I guess that can be tough too. It’s more that the project is so large that no one has time to explain context to you in its entirety. That combined with the PMO work
It had happened to me. There is nothing you can do if you lack interest, and it is better to recognize it and maybe try to get your way out of it. I suggest doing the bare minimum and talking to whoever is assigning you the projects to get a better or more interesting project.
I've definitely had that problem but when those come up I know I need to be super organized. I generally plan out daily to-do lists with some items related to the project as well as set deadlines for myself. It can be tough to stay on track, though.
Yeah and little to no creativity on the project either…
