Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

PwC offers 401k match (25% up to 6%) and a “wealth” builder plan which is based on level and / or service. Associate - 3%. SA - 4%. M (or 10 years) - 5%. D - 6%. P - 8%. All defined contribution plans. No “pension” or defined benefit plan for staff, just partners.
Deloitte offers a pension on top of 25% up to 6% 401k match. It’s 4 year vesting, NPV of 1-2% put into your account...can cash out when you leave if under 30kish...it’s a nice tickle but not substantial until PMD
Thanks.Accenture matches 6% but no pension plan.
Any caveats on pwc wealth builder plan like minimum vesting schedule, contribution periods , minimum tenure etc?
