SHRM vs HRCI? I haven’t heard as much on HRCI HR Management certification. Do people ever get both? Does help to even have the certification from HRCI?

Hello! I got an offer for Director of Ops role at an early stage startup (1.9 year old). The base salary is $150k with a $15k bonus after one year plus 9,500 shares. Is this a good comp package? I have 5YOE in Ops (associate, manager level).

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

So Im weighing an offer to leave McKinsey as an AP ($400-500k) to another consultancy with much less name recognition in strategy where I can make 750-800k year 1. If stay at McK, it will take me 3-4 years to earn the same amount (assuming I make partner beginning of next year or the following and then have 2 years to ramp to those earnings and then will earn more post 3 years). Any thoughts? I love my teams but I don’t have a ton of respect for the senior level leadership at McK.
