Does EY GDS provide notice period buy out option? In offer letter they mentin that notice period is 90 days but there is no mention of buy out if employee want to leave early. Can this be negotiated with HR?

Also, HR is asking to join in 30 days but their notice period policy is 90 days. Please help

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
