Does my military experience count as YOE…if I apply to Supply Chain/Operations Strategy positions @ Big4/Accenture? I’m just trying to understand how the consulting world views military experience-is it leadership potential? Relevant industry knowledge? I have 8 yoe as a “manager” in the army, leading Operation and Supply Chain initiatives (six sigma certs etc). I have other YOE too but just don’t know if I should include the military stuff or not.

I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit. Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason. I've been on the fence about whether I should stay and hope to be staffed on better projects in the future or leave soon...

So I’ve been studying for the AWS cloud practitioner certification for a month now and completed all cloud quest levels but still not feeling 100% confident. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
