Does buyer have to share appraisal with seller? Can seller request it?

My 2022 w-2 has states tax paid in California. But I was living in Illinois. I have paid more taxes per my w2. Do I need to file state tax for both IL and CA?

I have no plans to do anything nefarious or stupid on it, but wondering how much the agency keeps tabs on it. Like, do y’all add your personal email accounts to it? Or your personal calendar and contacts? Social media usage on it, etc?
