Can somebody pin the answer to this fucking question to the top of this bowl?

Only ask because I was told this today by my HR rep when discussing my exit. She said I would get a payout for vacation and holiday. I asked if she was sure on the holiday and she said yes. Didn’t sound right to me. That’s why I’m asking

like

HR rep should get fired. That’s just plain dumb. No payout for holidays period

Isn't that why people charge holiday code first instead of vacation? lol

No

Unused vacation, yes. Not holiday time

Is your firm treating 12/26 and 12/27 as firm holiday since the 24th and the 25th are during the weekend this year? Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is. For what it’s worth, my firm treated the day after thanksgiving as holiday and I didn’t have to work for the whole day.

Hello Fishes,

I currently hold offers from below:
IBM - 15.5 LPA
CTS - 18.5 LPA
PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

Please provide your valuable inputs.

Hello fishes
I want to come to Amdocs from EPAM with few months of experience, currently SDE2. I do have some questions, though.
1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.
2. This company is, in my opinion, one of the best for growth and high-quality projects. Can someone vouch to this?
3. I would appreciate it if you could recommend SDE2, SDE3, or both.
4. What should a reasonable CTC expectation be?
I am eager for your help and support. 🥰

Hi all, I’m negotiating my offer for a senior SE role. I see online that average TC is around 170k TC (70/30 structure). Is it reasonable to negotiate higher? Or is the pay structure pretty rigid per level? Also, any chance you think I could negotiate for RSUs? I am in Atlanta if that helps.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.
