Sent documents after I got a select mail from HR on last Thursday. When can I expect offer letter?. Verbally HR confirmed that joining date will be in last week of Dec . Is it fingers crossed for me? or will I get the offer for sure? Much needed for me now at this point of time. Any insights from previous experience would help me stay sharp

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

Hello all, I am a production manager for a sign design and manufacturing company. I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. I’m wearing too many hats but I love what I do. I would love to be a remote graphic designer but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions?

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Should I go back to undergrad and get a computer science degree? I honestly want a career where I could at least potentially make 600 k per year. I feel in accounting it’s near impossible.
