Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

I’m looking make a transition internally but fear the comp will not be competitive as if I was an external candidate. Any suggestions to negotiate?

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it.
