Does the profit sharing at Bain push it over BCG comp after the first 3 years out of undergrad?

I accidentally lowballed my desired salary for senior level. I’m quite sure I’ll be receiving an offer letter. Any tactics for negotiating a higher salary?

Anyone out there who left their previous job for a new one have any advice or life experience to share? I’ve been thinking about it for months but currently feel comfortable in my job/the products I work on. I joined PwC AC 4 months back and now I have recieved a job offer form the current client I am working in PwC.
Will there be a conflict of interest if I join the client company? If so after how many months of resigning from PwC can I work for the client company?
