I’m sure this is not a unique situation, but would love y’all’s advice! I love my current agency and the work is easy and ngl it’s a big name and looks impressive on a resume. But, I’m currently being offered a new job at a small agency and the money is so so good, it would be a 60% raise and a title change. My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife.
