Does your company provide you with ergonomic work space set-up options?

Well, we have enough space to do our tasks without bumping into each other. But I wouldn't call our set-up ergonomic lol

Back when we were still in our WFH setup, our company provided all of us with $1000 to spend for our home office setup. I invested mine in an ergonomic chair and keyboard. Now that we're back in our office, I'm really missing working on my at my home office since it was a lot more comfortable even in the long hours of work.

No not at all. I wish. I get a cubicle, a desk, a chair, and a laptop!

Nope. Only a laptop, cubicle, chair and a desk. I wish we have that set-up option.

Sadly, no. It would be great if they can provide something like this.

Since the pandemic they have made more of an effort to do so, so that people actually want to work in the office or at least it helps

No I wish I keep making complaints about how uncomfortable the work chairs are and they just tell me to bring int seat pillows which after a while doesn't help either

We get a chair and a desk and computer but the desk have been rearranged so that we have some place to move around and are not on top of one another

No. But I wish we have. I haven't worked at a company that provides options like these yet.

Does your company provide you with this? I've tried talking to my manager about this but she cannot do anything without the boss' approval.

I recently accepted a job that I quite overqualified for because I’m in need of a job. I got hired as a Marketing Manager and work directly with the Marketing Director. Come to find out my director is still in school and has absolutely no marketing experience. She’s been with the company for 4 months. They seem to want to utilize my complete skills set and make up for her lack of marketing knowledge but maintain her position as director and pay me a entry level marketing manager salary. Advice?

Hi everyone, I had a major surgery and am looking to find a remote position involving anything that isn’t 100% commission based or cold calling/agent positions.
