No, but a recruiter did reach out to me about a job once for an executive assistant role at a company that had a strict no fragrance policy. I declined to even interview because I worried about getting penalized for like my regular shampoo or hair products which are scented.

Sounds like that wouldn't have been a good fit for you.
I know some kids have fragrance allergies auch that camps send notes about not brining strong smelling air fresheners. I hadn’t heard of this in the workplace before. Great to hear that your workplace is allergy-friendly.
Yeah I'm not sure how well that would go over with customers for most businesses. My wife wears fragrance in her lotion. No perfume or other stuff but you can definitely smell the lotion. She would be mad if she showed up somewhere and they had a problem with her fragrance.
Smoking is completely different. Smoking is bad for everyone. Fragrance problems only impact a small amount of people. Any private company also can do as they wish but typically they feel the impact they make with rules.
