Does your work offer a pay bump for training new hires or supervising students/interns? I recently learned that other disciplines do indeed compensated for the task, but mine does not. Nurses make an extra $1.50/hr for precepting… that little bit would go a long way for me. Any insight is welcome + advice on how to advocate for my team to get the same compensation… thanks in advance

I work for a large asset manager and sell alternative investments (PE, RE, Credit, Infra etc) to RIAs, family offices, and multi family offices. I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.
