Executives: take care of your mental health. Also: get your 5 other training done, manage the client, to get promoted make sure you’re doing this extra thing despite already performing above level! Oh, plus 1s: take on more! Attend more meetings on sales and quotas. Support your team members who don’t perform at level. Don’t lose your shit when your client is making rather blind decisions and adding more meetings because they don’t know what they are doing. Then the audacity: how are you?! 🥹🤬
