Yes, just ask your anti-trust group to join them. I'm not sure how senior you are; you may have to take a class year hit, but people move practice groups quite often, so you're never stuck.

As a person who wanted to be a specialist and got funneled into the corporate practice group want to send my condolences; if your firm (or the antitrust partners) won’t let you change you can always lateral which is what I ended up having to do as well.
It is not impossible and can be done.
