Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

If you’re confident in your resume and qualifications, why not. You’d be surprised (or not) how often HR drops the ball and doesn’t forward qualified candidates, especially at a small firm or if you are qualified in the actual skill sets needed and not just law school and class rank.

Managing partner, big no. He’ll have no idea why you’re talking to him.
Practice group head? Hell yeah. HR thinks they’re the king of the hill but a partner can overrule them very easily.0
I have found it more useful to email an alum of your law school or someone you have a connection to as opposed to blindly emailing a person with decision making power. An email from a colleague of the managing partner vouching for you will likely be given more credence than a blind email directly to him.
However, if this isn’t a Big Law gig this philosophy may not apply as much.

Email the hiring coordinator and cc all partners in the desired group. Also doesn’t hurt to cc partners from your law school alumni. Email cover letter in body of email and attach your resume
