Evaluating roles in NJ at pharma companies and was surprised to see that J&J has onsite daycare but is getting rid it by end of year. I have a 6m old and was hoping to have access to an onsite daycare at my new company especially as most roles I’m looking at would require me to be onsite 3+ days a week. I am looking to work somewhere that is family friendly and would have benefits that support working parents. Which pharma companies are actually supportive?

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭
