Hello! What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Help- my SIL showed me two dresses she rented for my shower, and I think they are super bridal/not very appropriate to wear as a guest or bridesmaid. I have asked others and they agree. I mean I do not care much about money, I am pretty satisfied with the things I can do and things I can buy.

But the thing is our minds work with numbers. I see SDE roles at MAANG or other companies offer higher packages. I feel like I should aim for more in life if people can get paid more at this experience or age.
