Every week at work, I feel gradually more isolated (and angry). Since my boss and only advocate retired, there are no champions here. I am not assigned deals or projects, I have no mandate to apply my skills. I get so angry at the lack of trust. I'm going to leave. But in the meantime, how best to manage? 1. Try to work despite (much desired) validation? 2. Focus on getting certifications? 3. Do nothing until they give me work?

Well my $500 DOGE bet from yesterday is paying off 😂. This feels like people are just desperate for a bull market based on speculation.
