Industry folks - how do you handle stupid questions from staff after 3rd offense? Two clearly stupid questions ok, but three and up c’mon man.

And I really want it to learn more about auditing so after I got my CPAi decided to join this accounting firm, however I love auditing but hate the hours and the way company’s scheduling system works. I constantly get assigned to last min projects. I am want to change my job is it too soon? Should I waiting another 6 months?
