I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.

Actually HR had warned not to give false medical certificates,I had applied for sick leaves for 7 days and had valid medical certificate ,they approved same day,but termination is strong action,they should have warned you,but LTM is in bad shape no projects so they want reasons to fire employees.

We may complain about Bench policy and office attendance policy but we should not do anything wrong like fake medical certificates and other stuff.
If you're genuinely sick you'll get extended sick leave as well where most IT companies even won't have sick leave concepts so we should respect what is good for us

HR had 5-7 calls in each unit to tell employees not to do so and if you're caught then they will terminate you.
Same written in policy as well. As a employee we should be also more careful in what we are doing

What paid leaves man? 1.66 per month ? Why not giving full 20 days at a time? And special leave , only for one day for single person.
They provided termination letter or provided you relieving letter ?
Tell me one thing everyone, if I sick for one day for stomach upset then how I will apply sick leave? Not possible right, as I have to take earned leave. This is completely illogical policy to punish employees.
