Everyone says "find your passion" but nobody tells you HOW to actually do that when you're already deep in a career that pays the bills.

Honestly, your passion should be outside of work/your job and create balance. I love travel and exploration but always hated business travel and being a road warrior. My passion for travel needed to be separate from my work in order to keep it special.
For me, I don’t chase the hottest ticket. I choose the career path that pays well, learn solid skills to build on and recession proof.
So I didn’t chase the full stack developer for this reason. I chose infrastructure and integration roles.
I don't disagree with the roadmap you've devised. Having said that, I don't see a need for a coach, I see it all as being a matter of self-reflection. Having some sessions with yourself, making notes on a legal pad, can accomplish a lot if you concentrate your thinking.
I agree that it really starts with self-reflection. I’ve found that talking it out (with someone proficient) helps with that self-awareness/reflection. Just like a therapist. Sometimes it can be hard to notice our own behavior or understand our thoughts so just talking it out makes you see blind spots in your thinking understand better yourself and what you want
I'm more clueless now than when I was in my 20's. The indecisivness is a big problem but its caused by how things are right now vs just not knowing what to do
So you mean you’re more indecisive because of market conditions rather than knowing what you want to do? How come?
After 2 coaches, I don't feel much more settled. But it could be that the coaches weren't invested and too busy with other clients.
An accessible career coach is not a bad idea, but I struggle with the idea of using an AI career coach at a time where many people are looking to make a pivot due to current and future job loss as a result of AI.
It is trained on real human career transitions. So it just makes it more accessible to all instead of having a human coach (that can also be bound by their own experience)
