Everyone says resumes need to be ATS compliant now. What the hell does that mean? Is this ATS stuff just for AI bots? That's dumb.

Recruiters have been using ATS systems to screen resumes against job descriptions for 25+ years. It ranks and filters resumes based on keywords to help recruiters quickly identify the most qualified candidates. It always sends the rejection notes when your resume doesn’t align to the job posting.

Companies began using ATS in the late `960s or 1970s although in the late 1990s it became more widely used and became standard in the 2000s
Yes, ATS is stupid and so is AI although people have actually gotten lazier and lazier with less and less of a work ethic with the advancement of technology.
You have a choice of either embracing AI and ATS or finding a rock to hide under as the world passes you by.

Does anyone know about the IAAP diploma in IFRS?

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

Thanks in advance
