Hello Gang, I’m on the business side for Walmart right now. Walmart Global Tech recently offered me a role to move to the San Bruno office, but I’d be taking a demotion from L6 to E5. YOE: 8, COMP(200k base, 25% bonus, 100k RSU). Is this competitive in the bay? I have Doordash and Instacart in the pipeline, but no final offers yet.

LGA because its close to Manhattan and Delta rules over there
I agree with selecting based on proximity. Lga sucks but it’s so quick. JFK and ewr can take forever to get to some of the gates
All 3 suck but LGA sucks the most. I’d say JFK is the lesser of the 3 evils.
EWR because it’s the closest to me (NJ). Typically flights from there have higher rates though ):
LGA is 7 mins from my apartment
EWR, but again - proximity
EWR. Closer to me plus I have always managed to find cheaper flights compared to JFK/LGA.
LGA then EWR followed by JFK last. Entirely for the proximity to where I live. None of them are particularly nice, but I like Delta and not being in traffic for an hour and a half, so LGA it is.
Was using EWR and now flying out of LGA. EWR is cheaper , was closer to me when I was living in NJ now I moved to NYC. However, there has not been a single flight on time for me for the last one year when I was flying into EWR. LGA is also bad but better than EWR.
