Interview for a Data Analytics consultant role and have been told there will be white-boarding exercises. How would you prepare for this? I’m guessing it will mostly be SQL but don’t want to assume.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. I am trying to upload my payslips in bgv portal of capgem but it is throwing an error that data is insufficient and hence I am not able to submit. Also my lwd in current firm is still 10 days away so I can only provide them with my payslips for now. There is an option to select Yes if still haven't received other docs. But once I select that option I am unable to submit those payslips as well could someone please help

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line? Also - for any FDA lawyers out there, what is the problem with developing makeup (specifically foundations) with SPF? I've heard it's "heavily regulated." What do I need to be aware of? M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
