I got a federal and state refund from VA, but now owe DC “state” taxes because apparently they were not taken out of my paycheck. M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title.
