EY Green Card Policy - When does the firm initiate your green card application? Once you get it, will it be possible to leave the firm immediately without paying back any application fees?

My H1B is in RFE status since my educational degree is in electrical and electronics engineering and I am working as software engineer, any idea on what documentation that they might expect to get approve it

Question for my friend at KPMG. Her MDs and Partners have been directing her to eat her hours. If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD. I work at deloitte and have never been told to do this and thought it honestly was illegal. Thoughts? It doesn’t seem right that she’s having to eat those hours and feel scared when she’s working til 10/12 every night.
