Somebody say layoffs?

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

12% and 4 during a very good year. This year is going to be bad
This year, If you are a 5, may be 8%.
All depends on the senior partners. I was a 3 last year (6 months in) and got a 20% bump. Was told to expect something similar this year. Said another way, rating is irrelevant. There's a pool. The senior partners allocate the pool.
~15% raise (staff to senior) plus promotion bonus
I got my regular increase when I was promoted, don't really thing there is much of a bump
I got 10% as a 4 in a good year.
Yeah this year is going to be tough. Still find it hard to believe EY doesn't give a base bump to everyone who gets promoted like 2-5k or something.
Both people I know last year that went from senior to manager got 20% I got 10% last year and I just moved from S2 to S3
Doesn't it also depend where you are in the senior pay band?
Yes it depends on a lot of things. I mostly just wanted to know people's experience during a promotion year
When I went up to mgr it was 14% bump with a $6500 bonus, all depends on where you are in the senior pay band
Does anyone feel that folks coming up organically are making less than the exp hires at the same level?
Exp hires always make more
I feel like I was low balled as an exp hire
I'm hearing we may have some (i.e. a lot) of disappointed folks when they get their pay bump / bonus info this year, looks like i may have turned in a great performance on the wrong year, wtf
EY 8, any numbers?
15% is a pipe dream 3-8%
There is no promotion bonus for staff or senior
Does anyone know when ratings will be released?
Mid July. Roundtables are still going on.
