Hi, did anybody ever experience wrong tax calculations by JPMC Payroll/tax team ? Or is there any specific month where they deduct more tax. Huge amount of tax deduction is done for Oct payout. From my CA’s calculation the amount deducted by JPMC team looks wrong. Anybody experienced this?

What is employment paperwork? How is "now" before 4/1? I feel like I wasted some brain cells trying to understand what you are asking for.
Trying rephrasing your question again.
Time to revoke the OP's visa
D1, not so harsh man....lol
OP - Try covering the following, and I can help answer your question. I have been through a whole lot of shitty visa situations.
1. What visa status are you currently on, and when does it expire?
2. Do you have a valid visa stamp in your passport?
3. What kind of paperwork are you referring to, and why do you need it now?
Kid, there is not a one size fits all solution to these things unless you're following basic process. You'll have to talk to your partner who can take it up with your hr and make it work if you don't want/can't wait for the H1B date. Usually, L1's are complicated and most companies won't do it unless you're a manager and have been for a few years and have very specialized skills. Talk to your partner, your coach, your HR.
@EY1, 1. Marriage-based green card petition, but the marriage has gone south before the interview. It expires when the interview happens in November. 2. Yes. 3. H1B is the only one I know. I need it now because she might not show for the interview because the way it is now so the EAD will end at that point.
Thank you K1. I will this week but I was hoping to know what has done in the past.
If you married for legit reasons, and it didn't workout, you can petition to stay. They won't kick you out of the country while its processing. This is not a normal situation so EY would have to figure out what to do with you. In previous times, they've transferred people abroad before termination but it's dependent on need and on availability, but l1's are not common unless you are specialized and stay outside for at least a year.
OP, sorry to hear. Your situation sounds complicated. Talk to the HR asap and make sure to get the immigration attorney involved.
From what I see online, I'm guessing you'll have to file a waiver. An immigrant spouse will be granted conditional permanent residence if citizen spouse do not choose to withdraw immigration application.
Mainly, don't listen to what I or any other person says here. Listen to immigration attorney's advice. Good luck.
Thank you EY1 and KPMG1. I will talk to EY and a lawyer too. Enjoy your holiday.
