For those who haven’t been given too much time for R1 interviews (experienced hires) and R2 (if it happens) is less than a week from R1, do they know / care that they’re not giving enough prep time to people who have full time jobs?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Can't really share this with anyone else, so thank you fellow fish for indulging. 3 years in, finally at a point where I can comfortably work 40 hours a week the last quarter+, and still be a trusted team member and major contributor. Normal tasks and collaborations now take me a fraction of the time compared to my first couple years / others on the team. 6 YOE and my TC has also gone up a lot from low 200s last year to high 200s this year. Hope to keep this optimal mix of WLB & progression 🙏
