Im working as a indirect tax senior associate with a big 4 firm. In total, ive been 4.5 years into my career. I just hate my job profile and want to switch over to finance. Questions such as "Am i gonna be locked here forever? Am I ever going to get promoted? Will I stagnate? Did I waste my CPA and CFA? Honestly, im feeling very depressed and gloomy these days to the point i feel fatigued.

What are the best prep materials to prepare for the CFA Level 1? Looking for some recommendations.

Currently working at a 3rd year analyst at a major bank. Focusing on Corporate Treasury sales for the first 2 years and most recently in e-commerce product development (payment processor). Looking to transition into a product manager role at a tech company where I can work remotely.

How do I leave audit? At times I feel trapped thinking to myself there is no way life is suppose to be like this. How do you find the right opportunity? Everyone says network. But, how do I network? How does one most effectively make the transition into management from an Individual Contributor?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.
