Finally decided to leave Accenture. I got offers from KPMG, PWC, and Capgemini this week. Can anyone give some honest opinions and/or experiences with each of them? (particularly around overall brand, org structure, potential for growth, etc.)
I’m a Workday practioner and posted in the Workday bowl too, but figured this might have a larger reach. I know Accenture & Deloitte are “the best” but I’m just trying to get paid and these other 3 all offered me what is essentially a 30% raise. 🤑

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
