Once the medical checkup is done, in how many days will I get my visa for Australia?

I have a job offer in Australia and the company is offering to apply for a TSS visa for me. But they can't give me any idea on timeline. I've heard anything from a month to 9 months. Has anyone here gone through this and knows how long it would take during Covid times?

Has anyone recently done visa stamping in India (Mumbai center) through Dropbox? My appointment is in 3 weeks and I heard of one occurrence in Mumbai where the candidate was delayed by 2 weeks (still waiting for his papers).

Have a 2 hour layover in Jeddah from India to the U.S. Anyone know if this is fine .. any idea if they have US immigration at the Jeddah airport during the layover ?

How do you answer the question about yourself in i-944 where you can indicate "self" and it asks you if you live with said individual "self", and if this individual is filing for an immigration benefit with you or has in the past (again it's weird because you're talking about yourself.. ).

Does being a director directly qualify u for Eb1-C or do u definitely need a direct report?

My PERM PWD was filed in early February and I’m still waiting. Almost all PWDs filed in the same month in my company have received determination, and all that are still in process are in the same department/team as me. I wonder what’s going on there.
What happens if a PWD takes more than 12 months to get approved? Would we have to file a new PWD since the 9141 wage survey is only valid for 12 months? (Feels like a PWD that takes >12 months to adjudicate would break the world record though).

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
