I would keep it simple and let the new manager take the lead. Confirm that you are excited to be there and looking forward to getting to know the team. Ask for the manager’s highest priority items where you should be directing your attention as you get to know the company. Ask how they want you to give/solicit feedback/keep them informed on progress. Stay curious and take your cues from the manager.
Good luck! You’ve got this!
Have eagerness and patience as it can be slow starting. Check if there is a training program and if you have a progression of reviews. Like a 30, 60, or 90 day review. And ask lots of questions to be engaged and to get to know people.
