First round BCG interview tomorrow at 8:00AM! Excited, nervous, and hating that it’s at 8 AM lol

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

If there is anyone willing to take a look at my resume and give me feedback on gaps they see in my experience that would be leading to this i’d appreciate it! If in fact I’m not the right fit now I would really appreciate knowing what to work on to make myself a stronger candidate in the future!

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.

Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is.
