It’s you or management depending on your agreement but, you’ll end up paying for the repair at the end of the day.
This is 99% the most likely right answer, but read the agreement. I've very occasionally seen a weird carve out, so double check first.
If it is a big enough expense you could consult your insurance company. Otherwise plan to pay for it.

Does there happen to be any cameras? I had a tenant claim a tree branch hit a window, but luckily had an exterior camera for an adjacent building and they broke it from the inside.
Thanks all, don’t have exterior camera to confirm what happened. Doesn’t seem break in. Checking with management if any maintenance like lawn crew was in the area
