RIGHT?! I remember that feeling too. This is how the other half lives every day all day? Really is a crazy thought. And you really don’t know what you don’t know. Anybody else had the same thought? I went through the stages of grief over it at first.
Anyone feel like yes, it helps; but have trouble deciphering what is adhd related vs knowledge/ skills? For instance, it helps with focus on tasks, but I can still feel a bit overwhelmed and have issues structuring a plan forward and sticking to it… any experience with this/ advice?

I started recently- have issues between delivery and structures thought. I realize it helps me stay on task, but I still need work in my structure/ planning- anyone have any advice?
