Help him develop a whole personality. If everything is about how smart he is and his scholastic achievements that will stunt his growth.
Yes. Make sure he plays sports and has time for friends, activities, etc too.

Nurture it and watch them bloom. I had to demand myself that I be moved into the gifted program in the 5th grade because I was bored in normal curriculum. I thrived and was one of the top students. What happens is you continue to move farther and faster than your peers year over year.
Leave the state to a state and country where the school systems are actually higher level.

Agree with MTC-1; encourage curiosity and exploration and don’t call it learning. Have him pursue what he’s interested in and allow it to be fluid. Smart people connect dots and have a wide variety of interests bc it builds comparative knowledge and new ways of putting ideas together.
Keep him in social things though. He will have a hard enough time relating to other people and feeling like he belongs.
Take him to the library and let him explore.
