I have an interview scheduled with Oracle for Non OCI SDE2 C#.NET and Powershell role with 3+ Years of experience. Pls guide or suggest how and what to prepare.

I had applied in Infosys but the application was rejected after scheduling interview. They said they will but they did not. My ex colleague tried but refer me later but it says another application already exists.
When can I apply again??

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

I am an experienced CNA/MA (17yrs) trying to break into ER tech role. Previous company wouldn’t pay for phlebotomy class, and when I took a position with a company that would train me, there was so much drama and b.s.
I was out of there so fast because of the toxic environment. Should I just forget it and do my best to finish my RN?

As a 20+ year lawyer with no big law experience (smaller and mid size firms plus government and in house experience), would a BigLaw firm even consider me? Perhaps an of counsel position? Even a senior associate?

Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. I liked law school and thought I liked research and writing, but so far this district court clerkship has been pretty boring—lots of state law issues that are poorly briefed. Though to be fair, most of my time has been spent on one big case that I’m 99% sure is going to settle but not until the eve of trial bc that’s plaintiff’s counsel’s m.o.; so my work resolving the insane number of SJ and Daubert motions seems like a waste of my time.
