Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. In advanced stages with EYP and S& / PwC Deals Strat in Singapore from a T2 firm in the region and 4-5 YOE. Any insights on how the two firms are? (pay, prestige, progression, client base, project types, exit opps, WLB, etc). Curious on how they are perceived in the market.

I have 9 years of experience and working in EY GDS with a fixed salary of 35lpa. I have received an offer from EY UK and they have offered 65k pounds. I know it’s less but please let me know if that’s okay given the fact that my wife has an offer of 50k pounds.
